About Our Founder

For over 20 years, Kim Warnick worked in the Human Resources field in a variety of industries from non-profit, manufacturing, health care, entertainment, and the luxury vehicle business. In 2020 after losing her mother to Alzheimer’s, she decided to take a leap of faith and make a change in her career.

Alzheimer’s has also taken her aunt and her grandmother, so she understands how devastating this disease could be to a family. Kim has always supported Alzheimer’s awareness efforts and has acted as an advocate working with legislators to encourage support and resources for families living with dementia.

Kim served as a Family Care Coordinator in an adult day enrichment program, witnessing the vital importance of social activity and engagement for individuals living with dementia. She is dedicated to raising awareness within communities, supporting families through difficult times, and helping them discover hope, faith, and joy daily.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Positive Approach to Care® Certified Independent Consultant, Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee. She also serves as a member of the Tennessee Dementia Action Collaborative Caregiver Workgroup.
